To The AI Haters…For You!
❌ “AI is unethical.”
So is letting a trans woman be profiled, digitally criminalized, and handed to law enforcement for asking for her hormones—while you debate the ethics of font choices and purity politics.
❌ “It’s not real advocacy if a machine helped.”
Then show me what real advocacy looks like when your friends are gone, your provider ghosted you, and the corporation that wronged you has $500 billion and an army of lawyers.
Because when no one else showed up, a machine did.
❌ “But AI is built on stolen content.”
And this case was built on stolen identity, stolen privacy, and a system designed to extract the humanity from Medicaid recipients.
If you’re more upset about AI than the people who sent a trans woman’s surgery history to Homeland Security—you’ve picked your side.
I didn’t use AI to avoid the fight.
I used it to survive it.
To understand what they did to me.
To make it legible. Strategic. Actionable.
And above all—to make sure they couldn’t erase it.
This isn’t about whether you like AI.
This is about whether you liked silence better than seeing me survive loudly.
You weren’t there. But AI was.
It didn’t flinch when I was angry.
It didn’t shame me for how I processed.
It didn’t misgender me.
It didn’t disappear when I needed language.
It stayed—long enough to help me build something that can’t be buried.
So if you came here to discredit this because a machine helped me fight back—you’re part of the problem I’m documenting.
This is your rebuttal.
Take it personally if you need to.
